Complete the booking form with the analyses you need and your preferred date. Sample analysis takes place according to the schedules winemakers submit with their samples.

We confirm your slot
We come back to you to confirm timing and any preparation needed. During peak season, March to July, early booking is advised.

Deliver & receive results
Bring or send your samples to Spier Cellar. Your wine is analysed on calibrated equipment and the values are returned to you quickly.
